The chess tournament “THE CITY OF VILNIUS: DIFFERENT NATIONALITIES, UNITED FAMILY!”

12 teams from different schools in Vilnius, including Lithuanian, Belorussian, Polish, Russian and Jewish schools will participate in the tournament.

Vilnius is an international city, and we should be proud of the fact, that people from different nations live here together, getting along perfectly.
The main aim of the tournament is to make the game of chess more popular, while also developing rational thinking and communication skills, and encouraging student initiatives, teamwork and tolerance to other nations.

The tournament is been held by Association “Ars Libera” and Association “Maccabi Baltic”.
