GUITAR VIRTUOSO MARTYNAS KULIAVAS IN THE CONCERT „SUGRĮŽIMAI“

NOVEMBER 11 –  KAUNAS, PHILHARMONIC HALL, NOVEMBER 12 – VILNIUS, MUSICAL THEATER NEW YORK

After 4 years spent in the Mediterranean island Malta, guitarist, song author and producer Martynas Kuliavas comes back to Lithuanian concert arena with new creative ideas. For Lithuanian audience a well-known artist and recognized guitar virtuoso is prepared to bring new guitar sounds into our country’s scenes. Inspired by warm waves of the sea and endless grins of the sun, Martynas has prepared a long-awaited meeting – with new inspiration and positive energy dwelling artistic program – “Sugrįžimai“.
Martynas is actively preparing to meet his fans this November. What will the audience hear? “From very gentle sounds of acoustic guitar and slow ballades all the way up to driving blues and sharp riffs of an electrical guitar” – replies Martynas Kuliavas. Coming back after the break artist will offer a collage of very energetic, improvisational and undiscovered guitar music for his loyal fans and new listeners.
According to the artist, guitar reveals the full range of feelings and experiences – from painful separations to happy meetings, from goodbyes to come backs, from reveries to new discoveries. All this gamut of feelings the audience will hear in Martynas new shows in Kaunas and Vilnius.
The houseguest of the concerts is Ieva Prudnikovaitė, who has been assessing Martynas work for many years, also his long term colleague and friend, guitarist Alex Ten. Many others well known Lithuanian musicians will help Martynas to make amazing performances as well.
These will be the concerts that Lithuanian music lovers have been waiting for four years and finally, this autumn, they will have a great opportunity to meet this charismatic artist and to enjoy his works. But special music has to be played in special places.
